Title : Trenchless Project Manager
Salary : $120-140K
Location : Salt Lake City, UT - Hybrid
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, petroleum, geotechnical, or geological Engineering or geology; Master’s degree preferred
- Approximately 6 or more years of experience in oil and gas, trenchless services, geotechnical engineering, or a related field
- Strong project Management experience ability to carry from cradle to grave or strong expertise in trenchless and willing to operate at a PM level
- Clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug test required
- Ability to commute to the office, external client meetings, and project sites within Utah and the vicinity of Salt Lake City

JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are currently seeking a Trenchless Project Manager to join our clients team in Salt Lake City. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management and client management capabilities with a focus on trenchless pipeline projects.
The role involves working closely with oil and gas clients and requires local expertise and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities :
- Leading design and consulting efforts for trenchless and pipeline projects primarily within Utah
- Managing field exploration programs and construction oversight activities
- Overseeing trenchless, pipeline, and geotechnical engineering analyses
- Preparing engineering reports, proposals, and specifications
- Participating actively during the construction phase of projects
- Developing project budgets, schedules, and managing project teams
- Coordinating with internal and external clients to understand their needs and ensure service satisfaction
- Developing processes for project professionals to safely deliver trenchless design and field oversight services
