Description :
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavior analysis therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities in our program.
You will implement behavior intervention plans developed by our BCBA Behavioral Intervention Specialist to address the challenges behaviors present.
You will work closely with other therapists and supervisors to ensure client safety and efficient treatment.
The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing behavior plans, conducting behavioral assessments, and providing behavior support.

Must conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and ongoing assessments
- Must design and oversee applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other special needs, and must write progress reports for each client’s funding sources
- Must conduct clinical trainings to behavioral technicians, parents, and other professionals to utilize the ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and manage caseloads quality
- Implement and enhance supervision programs
- Review and assess client’s treatment needs; data analysis; program design; and measurable treatment implementation
- Detailed report writing for treatment assessments and evaluations
- Create curriculums for training materials
- Ensure compliance is maintained across the agency
- Demonstrate leadership skills and maintain positive atmosphere and problem solving
- Collaborate with the clinical team and upper management for improvements and growth

Minimum Requirements :
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) certification (required)
- Excellent written communication
- Time management
- Must have a reliable car, proof of auto insurance and a valid driver's license
- Proof of immunization records and TB required
- Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS / NET, VB
- Walking, occasional running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching above head, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
