A company is looking for a Program Group Administrator to provide administrative support for the efficient operation of the Lynchburg / Charlotte Unit.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and compliance
Facilitate rehiring and employee reactivations, ensuring accurate documentation and payroll setup
Process weekly payroll, verify employee timekeeping, and address payroll-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
Full-time availability with flexibility for evening or weekend work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Google Docs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with virtual training and remote work
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
