We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users and brands.

Key Responsibilities : - Analyze E-Commerce businesses, focusing on traffic efficiency, user behavior, and merchant operations.

Independently undertake special analyses on merchant growth, traffic conversion, creator / content growth, and user behavior.

  • Develop short-term and long-term scale and revenue targets.- Provide regular reports and insights to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze various operating indicators and drivers of the e-commerce operations team on a daily basis. - Leverage insights from analysis to make informed recommendations for future business strategies.

Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of strategic and analytical experience focused on market intelligence. - Experience in e-commerce and B2C consumer industries - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities- Excellent communication skills (verbal and writting) and can effectively handle cross-functional collaboration.

Proficiency in Excel and major external syndicated databases (., credit card, traffic, market data) is a must Preferred Qualifications- Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and other data visualization tools- Strong network with investors and merchant communities, or experience working as a creator or merchant on major US marketplaces- Proactive and self-starter mindset focused on continuous improvement-Ideal background includes : - 1) Market intelligence team at high-growth Ecommerce / Internet company - 2) Public equity research or investment (.

asset management, equity research at a leading investment bank); and / or - 3) Top-tier strategic consulting firm focused on corporate finance / shareholder value and commercial due diligence practices
