A well known financial provider company based in Delray Beach, FL seeks an Underwriter to joing their team! This role is remote.
The ideal caniddate will have a J.D. or paralegal certificate. The candididate will have previous expeirence in personal injury and conduct comprehensive evaluations of personal injury cases.
Assessments will require the examination of the handling attorney, venue, docket, case facts, legal issues, causation, medical records, insurance coverage, and due diligence background searches.
