This role is ideal for a leader with deep expertise on partnerships, sales, and business development, especially targeted towards early stage, innovation economy startups.

Like the entrepreneurs we serve, you will also put on your entrepreneurial hat and continue to shape banking and financing offerings for founders who are just getting started.

Reporting to leadership on our business development team, the successful candidate will build effective internal networks with multiple teams across the bank, partnering with everyone from relationship managers to product specialists, marketing and more.

As our Business Development, Relationship Manager - Early Stage Channels - Innovation Banking you will :

  • Build effective internal networks within the HSBC Innovation Banking platform to enable full success in the role

At HSBC, our overall goal is to provide a competitive Total Reward Package, with an appropriate mix of fixed pay, and variable pay, as part of an employee's overall total compensation and benefits.

Variable pay generally takes the form of discretionary, annual awards (sometimes referred to as a "bonus"). Additionally, HSBC offers a wide range of competitive and flexible benefits designed to help you improve your health and well-being, finances, and lifestyle.
