OES has immediate openings for a Senior Design Engineer - Transportation in Wisconsin, Eastern Minnesota or Northern Illinois.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the delivery and budgets for transportation and / or civil infrastructure projects.
- Assist in the development of proposals and estimates.
- Provide design expertise and mentoring of other staff members.
- Oversee and / or lead the development of roadway design and plans for urban and rural highways and interchanges.
- Oversee and / or lead the preparation of environmental documents, miscellaneous design reports, and final PSE packages.
- Lead meetings with clients and the general public.
- Work cooperatively with other engineers and project managers.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
- Experience managing WisDOT projects.
- Licensed Wisconsin PE or ability to obtain license within one year.
- Interest in transportation related design and construction projects.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with OpenRoads Design software.
Compensation Range : $85,000- $125,000
