Facility Manager
City of Lakes Waldorf School seeks aFacilityManagerto ensure our school building and grounds are well-maintained and safe for our school community.
Primary responsibilities include year round maintenance of our historic building and outdoor grounds, oversight of janitorial services, coordination with capital improvements, and performance of minor repairs to the classrooms, building and equipment to ensure safety, and meet all regulatory requirements.
Applicants should have at least two years of experience in building and groundsmanagement, experience maintaining older buildings, and knowledge of school safety.
A Special Boiler’s License and the ability to operate HVAC systems, and complete snow removal using a bobcat are a plus.
Ideal candidates will be friendly, hardworking, able to track maintenance requests,and enjoy working in a collaborative working environment.
Experience in a school environment is preferred. This salaried position is full-time, 40-45 hours per week, M-F, 7 : 30 a.
