Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance or Accounting)
- Advance Business Degree or CPA preferred
- Multi-Unit restaurant industry experience
Job Responsibilities :
- Direct financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting operations including cash management, banking, payroll, taxes, billing and collections, insurance, general accounting, and internal / external reporting.
- Manage Accounting Department
- Make strategic recommendations for the business
- Ensure accurate financial reporting
- Ensure organization is in regulatory compliance
- Identify growth opportunities and historical trends
- Make projections and uncover potential areas of concern
- Understand operations and new technologies
- Demonstrate sharp negotiation skills
- Budgeting and lease administration
- Negotiate buying insurance
- Experience with Restaurant 365 and Toast
