Description :
The Sr. Buyer plays a crucial role in managing supply chain operations by leveraging Blue Yonder to review forecasted demand and placing purchase orders within SAP ERP.
This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned suppliers to ensure consistent product availability for the StealthStation product line.
The Sr. Buyer is responsible for understanding and enforcing the expectations of medical device suppliers, ensuring they meet the stringent requirements necessary for the product line’s success.
Effective communication and strategic management are key components of this role to support overall operational efficiency and product continuity.

Planning ERP experience including Blue Yonder and SAP ERP
Procurement experience with medical device suppliers preferred
Ability to review forecast signals and place purchase orders with external suppliers
Education Required : Bachelors Degree
Years’ Experience Required : 2+ years or Masters Degree with 0+ years
Location : Must be local to Louisville’s location at 1480 Arthur Ave Louisville, CO
This will be a hybrid role, expectations are 2-3 days on site / week
Hours : 40 hrs / week M-F 8-5pm. Some flexibility allowed.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Sources, purchases, plans, and schedules the movement of raw materials, packaging materials, parts, components, services, supplies, finished goods, and related material through production and inventory process.
Identifies raw material, component, and related requirements from engineering and production specifications and schedules.
In frontend procurement mode, analyzes data and determines factors that affect prices and determines lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules.
Coordinates and follows up with production, warehouse, and engineering personnel to ensure appropriate procurement, scheduling, and movement of materials and services.
Compiles information to keep informed on price trends and manufacturing processes. May monitor performance of suppliers and collaborate on demand analysis planning.
Required Knowledge and Experience : Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
May have practical knowledge of project management. Requires a University Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
