Dually Manage the AP and AR Process

Vaco is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the existing Daily AR And AP Operations of our Distribution client. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of process improvement.

The office is located near Somerset, NJ. Advanced Excel software and Management Experience is Required. Please note, there will be an Excel Assessment for this role.

Accounting Manager

Salary : $90-105k

Near Somerset, NJ - (IN-OFFICE)

Responsibilities :

• Manage a small AR & AP Team
• Ensure timely Invoice Management and Cash Management
• Oversee Payment and Collection Activity
• Compile Financial Reports related to AP / AR
• Improve Existing Bad Debt and Collection Processes
• Manipulate Complex Data Sets in Excel and Resolve Discrepancies
• Oversee AR Age Reporting
• Manage Client and Vendor Relationships

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• In-Depth Knowledge of both Accounts Receivables and Payables
• Advanced Excel - pivot tables & lookups
• Possess Excellent and Full Scope Credit Knowledge
• 5+ yrs Management experience, a must
• ERP software, a plus
