The work will be challenging, but always rewarding. It’s Work That Matters. Overview Purpose Statement / Position Summary : The Sr.

Staff Project Manager will be housed within the Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine (DAYAM). They will provide project management for projects within the division, particularly with that of the AIM Service Center and the Adolescent Health Innovation Hub.

They will provide subject matter expertise in positive youth development and adolescent sexual and reproductive health. The Sr.

Staff Project Manager will work closely with the Program Manager to provide technical assistance and training to external organizations on curriculums used within the AIM Service Center.

They will work on reaching program deliverables and providing analysis, summaries, and presentations for various audiences.

Minimum Qualifications / Work Experience : 7 or more years of progressive experience; Strong preference for those with adolescent and sexual and reproductive health expertise.

The ability to interact with the diverse group of stakeholders, including faculty, staff, providers, community partners and leaders in the field.

Aligns with culture of Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine. Education / Licensure / Certification : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or other related field.

Master’s degree preferred. Pay Scale Information USD $75.60 - USD $75.60 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization.

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry.

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.
