About the role :

Primarily responsible for development and managing the administration aspect of TD SYNNEX’s Quality Program. Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage operations performance, reporting, and improvement initiatives.

What you'll do :

Creates, implements, and manages a Quality Program and team of Quality Engineers in partnership with other cross functional team members (30%)

Leads key process improvement projects working with internal and external stakeholders (15%)

Works with Business Owner Leadership to support the correction of performance issues impacting service and cost (15%)

Support ISO standardization by performing internal audits to ensure procedures and processes are being followed. (10%)

Oversees the collection and analyzing of quality data to determine improvement opportunities (10%)

Drives a culture of Continuous Improvement (10%)

Uses Lean tools to reduce waste and prevent defects. (10%)

Other Duties & Responsibilities :

Additional duties as assigned Meets attendance and punctuality standards

What we're looking for :

Experience :

3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.

1 to 3 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.

Education & Certifications :

Bachelor's Degree required.

Working Conditions :

Sales / ISCS / Retail Transportation

Salary Range Requirement

Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills / achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $78,000 or more depending on experience
