Overview :
We are looking for skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Our ideal candidate should be a team player, possess strong people skills, and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities :
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Taking vital signs and monitoring patients’ medical condition
- Administering medication as directed by the nursing staff
- Documenting patient care activities and maintaining accurate patient records
- Moving patients and assisting with transferring patients between beds and wheelchairs
- Responding to patient calls and requests promptly
- Communicating with patients and families to provide emotional support and promote the patient’s overall wellbeing
