Account Manager Midwest Region
We are partnered with an industry leader in print, packaging, and coating business to find an Account Manager for the Midwest region.
is looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our growing team! If you are passionate about managing customer relationships, driving business growth, and working within the printing industry, we want to hear from you.
This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your industry expertise to expand and grow existing accounts across a highly competitive territory.
What You’ll Do :
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers across the Midwest region.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to arrange product demos, customer testing, and technical training.
- Track activities through CRM and report insights on competitors, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare annual sales forecasts and achieve KPIs aligned with sales objectives.
- Travel up to 70% within the Midwest and occasionally to Canada to engage customers directly.
What We’re Looking For :
- 5+ years of sales experience in printing, ink, pre-press, or related equipment sales.
- Experience in flexographic or gravure printing is a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to engage hands-on customers effectively.
- Comfortable traveling extensively and working independently across a large territory.
- Must reside within the Midwest region to manage accounts efficiently
What We Offer :
- Competitive Base Salary : $80K - $100K
- Commission : Up to 50% based on performance
- Car Allowance : $600 / month + gas card
- Vacation : Two weeks to start, with flexibility based on performance
