We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in the Information Technology industry, located in GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colorado.
The successful candidate will be tasked with managing customer accounts, processing customer applications, and maintaining precise customer records, among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee customer accounts and execute required actions
- Manage and execute customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain precise records of customer credit
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve them effectively
- Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM to manage customer information
- Employ Accurint and ADP - Financial Services for processing and administration tasks
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Respond to inbound calls from customers
- Assist in billing functions and Claim Administration
- Follow Collection Processes to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Collections Specialist role or similar within the Information Technology industry.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.
- Experience with Accurint is required.
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.
- The candidate should be adept at using CRM.
- Proficiency in Epic Software is a must.
- The candidate should have experience with Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Experience in Answering Inbound Calls is required.
- Familiarity with Billing Functions is necessary.
- Experience in Claim Administration is required.
- The candidate should be proficient in Collection Processes.
