Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team and support commissioning, troubleshooting, and service of KM Energy Systems on board vessels. This role requires technical expertise in electrical systems (LV / HV), a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to high-quality customer support both onsite and remotely.
Responsibilities
- Perform commissioning and service of KM Energy Systems on vessels.
- Provide remote troubleshooting support via phone and email.
- Execute field service assignments as requested by customers.
- Complete service reports, time sheets, and expense reports accurately and promptly per work order guidelines.
- Create and maintain up-to-date as-built documentation and technical drawings.
- Engage in internal / external training to continuously develop technical qualifications.
- Support sales and marketing with technical information and insights.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external customers to ensure technical alignment.
