PALFINGER is searching for a Sales Operations & Order Fulfillment Manager to provide accurate demand, planning, analytics, reporting and leadership.

We are located at 341 NW 122, Oklahoma City, OK. This position reports to a Director of Regional Sales.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the flow, tracking, and reporting on the Aerial Work Platform sales portfolio from cradle to grave, including communications with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Effectively support and lead the team of quote administrators who are responsible for managing the quote queries via CRM, order entry, finished goods inventory & deliveries
• Compile monthly (WSC), quarterly and annually (SOP) demand forecasts together with the commercial team.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams. i.e., Sales, Operations, Supply chain, Finance, Customer Service and Rental Dept.

to facilitate proper production planning and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with customers regarding chassis ETA's as well as provide forecast and planning for Palfinger supplied chassis.
• Communicate finished unit completion dates to both internal & external stakeholders through monthly open order report.
• Facilitate and support onsite customer visits.

Your Qualifications

• Clear understanding of core business processes and product technologies, including Sales, Operations and Engineering
• Knowledge of customer base, including specific design builds
• Knowledge and visibility of the chassis industry
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; plus 5+ years industry related experience and 3+ year's supervisor experience; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Previous project management experience is an asset.
• Attention to detail, and aptitude for statistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
