Position Description
This position is contingent on contract award.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
- Responsible for the management and scheduling of all activities in support of MTC operations.
- Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned projects and tasks.
- Coordinates the conduct of training events that replicate a realistic training environment.
- Responsible for providing technical, administrative, and operational resourcing of assigned projects, including subordinate Teams.
- Conducts regular and thorough reviews of travel and associated data for scheduled travel.
- Reviews, corrects and approves CDRLs submitted to the Government for approval.
- Coordinates development of deliverables and products including development of monthly summary reports in support of the site manager.
- Conducts planning and provides training reports, and products to the MTC Staff on task workload.
- Supervises all aspects of Exercise scheduling, Security Operations, Facility Access Control, Travel Planning, in support of the Mission Training Complex
Position Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with military training and training support operations;
- 5 years’ operations management experience;
- 3 years’ experience, within the last 10 years, with military simulations; a robust understanding of the Army MCTSP and MTC operations.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
BA / BS degree (Master’s preferred)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
Must be able to obtain and maintain a current Active Security clearance and meet other eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
