Position : Outside Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote awnings, screens, motorized pergolas, decking, and siding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the home improvement industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of awnings, screens, motorized pergolas, decking, and siding is a plus.
Compensation :
This is a commission-based position with a draw, providing a competitive earnings structure. Leads will be provided to support your sales efforts.
