Your day to day as a Maintenance Technician (Maintenance / Janitorial)
As a new Maintenance Technician at Biltmore Properties Inc, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks on a daily basis.
This includes conducting routine inspections, completing repair work promptly and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness of common areas, responding to maintenance requests from residents, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
