About The Position

License : California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist Certifications : Not specified Must-Have : Strong clinical decision-making skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, engaging, friendly, and professional demeanor with patients Job Description : Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care, and exercise prescription for patient caseload- Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided- Ensure appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up- Supervise support staff including PTAs and aides- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver exceptional patient-centric experiences
