Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location : Pottstown, PA, 19464
Payrate : $30hourly
Duration : 8 Weeks Contract
Guarantee Hours : 30
Key Responsibilities :
- Patient Care : Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, perform wound care, and assist with daily living activities.
- Clinical Documentation : Maintain accurate records of patient care, including medication administration, vital signs, and other pertinent health information.
- Patient Education : Provide education to patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and lifestyle changes to support recovery and wellness.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Adaptability : Quickly adapt to different healthcare settings and effectively follow the protocols and procedures unique to each facility.
- Compliance : Ensure that all nursing activities are in compliance with Pennsylvania's Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and professional standards.
- Emergency Response : Act promptly and efficiently in emergency situations, using clinical judgment to provide immediate care.
