About the Job
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with in-depth testing knowledge and extensive experience. This position will be responsible for all aspects of software and product testing, which includes developing test strategies, automated testing scripts, acceptance criteria, risk analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer (Required)
- Extensive experience in manual testing (black and white box) of web applications and backend
- Experience with RESTful API testing using ASP.NET Web API (Postman or similar)
- Experience MS SQL Server (Azure SQL as plus)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar
- Experience with Mercurial / Git
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of the following coding languages (C#, JavaScript, SQL)
- Knowledge of Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code
- Proficient in use of SQL for test data preparation and results analysis
- Experience with application lifecycle management tools
- Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, TestComplete, TestProject, or similar)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Skills / Experience
- Designing, executing, and debugging test plans of applications based on software requirements and technical specifications
- Define QA standards, strategies, and processes, observing industry best practices
- Active participant in all the CI / CD activities
