Lead Software Engineer, Integration

The Lead Software Engineer for Integrations team will be designing and developing Components for Healthcare Eco-systems / Integration Engineering (integrate external systems and partners) and will be building Enterprise class software solutions that will solve critical business problems, are scalable, secure, easy to maintain, and interact with several internal and external applications at Collective Health.
This role reports to the Senior Manager of Integrations team. This is an exciting role, focused on integrations both existing and new and will be instrumental in generating new ideas and adding capabilities for Collective Health.
What you'll do
- Design and Develop Components for Healthcare Eco-systems / Integration Engineering (integrate external systems and partners)
- Design and Develop Enterprise software solutions that will solve critical business problems, are scalable, secure, easy to maintain, and interact with several internal and external applications
- Provide recommendations and best practices for application development, platform development, and developer tools
- Provide technical leadership and be a role model for other team members pursuing technical career path in engineering
To be successful in this role, you'll need :
- BS / MS / PhD in Computer Science or related area or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Integration Engineering Experience - Design, Development, Testing and Delivery of Applications Integration using various tools and methodologies, such as Mulesoft / Intersystems / Bhoomi etc.
- Strong Experience design and development of solutions using any of the leading programming languages, e.g. Java
- Experience and / or Understanding of forms of Integration, such as API’s
- Experience and / or understanding of supporting high volume batch data processing, ETL concepts and pipelines
- Experience with Database Modeling, Design and Implementation
Pay Transparency Statement
This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices : San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Plano, TX) or two days per week (all other locations). #LI-hybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
