Job Title : Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Job Specialty : Labor and Delivery Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 06 : 45 PM - 07 : 15 AM Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery License : Current RN license Certifications : Current BCLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP required Must-Have : - Ability to circulate in the OR preferred- AWONN or Fetal Heart Monitoring, BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP Job Description : - Provide care and support for women before, during, and after childbirth- Monitor fetal development and the mother's health- Assist with labor procedures and delivery- Perform necessary medical interventions as needed in the delivery room- Provide postpartum care to ensure both mother and baby are stable and healthy- Educate and communicate effectively with patients and their families- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as part of the healthcare team- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records- Uphold best practices and comply with established hospital policies and procedures
