We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Marketing Manager with substantial experience in the following areas related to both marketing and client acquisition : Budget Oversight : Manage and oversee marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
Campaign Development : Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns that align with the goals of Knight Law. Material Creation : Develop marketing materials that effectively communicate the firm’s services and values.
Service Sustainability : Create and sustain marketing strategies for services offered by the firm. Market Research : Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Project Management : Coordinate and drive multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Team Leadership : Direct the work of team members through effective communication, project planning, and task management.
Data Analysis : Compile and analyze data for statistical insights, compatibility assessments, risk identification, and complex problem-solving.
Media Expertise : Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of various marketing media, including print, broadcast, and digital platforms.
Social media management including : Content creation : Developing content to grow and engage our audience Scheduling and posting : Creating a schedule for when to post content Audience engagement : Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build relationships with followers Social listening : Monitoring what users say about a brand or competitors Analytics and Monitoring : Measuring the performance of content and posts Social media advertising : Develop and execute paid social media strategies Strategy development : Create and implement strategies to increase followers and brand awareness Community management : Grow a community and collaborate with influencers Search Engine Optimization : Utilize SEO best practices to optimize Knight Law’s website's technical configuration, content relevance and link popularity so its pages can become easily searchable, more relevant and popular towards user search queries.
Insure that the use of relevant keywords in titles, meta descriptions, and headlines (H1), are featuring descriptive URLs with keywords rather than strings of numbers, and schema markup to specify the page's content meaning.
Requirements : Experience : Minimum 8 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role or similar position.
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Industry Background : Experience in the legal profession is highly desirable;
candidates with a background in similar professional services will also be considered. Brand Development : Proven track record of enhancing brand visibility, reach, and sales through effective marketing strategies.
Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze and report on marketing performance metrics. Technical Skills : Strong understanding of SEO and social media platform management;
proficient in MS Office. Business Acumen : Solid grasp of business practices and fundamental project management methodologies.
CRM Experience : Salesforce CRM experience is strongly preferred; familiarity with other CRM systems will be considered.
Data Collection : Adequate knowledge of data collection methods and process improvement theories and practices. Language Skills : Bilingual in Spanish is a plus;
understanding of methodologies to engage Spanish-speaking clients is advantageous. Work Environment : This is a hybrid role.
We are seeking candidates with a willingness to work in our beautiful Century City headquarters office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.
Monday’s and Friday’s are optional work from home days.
