- Board Certified / Board Eligible - REQUIRED
- Active MA License - Preferred
- Flexible on availability
- Covid and flu vaccination - REQUIRED
- BLS - REQUIRED
- DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required

- Describe Office Ancillary Staff (e.g., Number of RN’s, LPN’s MA’s etc.) : 2 MAs plus LPN support derm. Additional staff in office to cover
- Documentation System / EMR : meditech expanse
- Required Surgical Procedures : Biopsy, Excision, Electrodesiccation, Dermabrasion
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 1 week after all documents submitted
