Job Summary :

As a High-Energy Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales force, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Your primary focus will be on identifying client's needs, building strong relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.

Your enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and dedication to achieving sales targets will play a pivotal role in our continued success.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect, identify, and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including warm calling, email campaigns, text messaging, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth research on potential clients and tailor sales pitches to meet their specific needs and challenges.
  • Present product / service offerings to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products / services to key decision-makers.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead prospecting to closing the deal, while ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to overall company growth.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably.
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to build rapport with potential clients and maintain long-lasting relationships.
  • Adept at negotiating and closing deals with a focus on win-win outcomes.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt and learn about our products / services quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
