In this role, you'll be essential in ensuring our properties remain safe and functional by delivering outstanding maintenance and repair services.
Key Responsibilities : Carry out various repair tasks, such as carpentry and painting. Resolve plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues as they arise.
Keep properties clean and organized. Utilize problem-solving skills to efficiently address maintenance challenges. Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are always ready for use.
Qualifications : Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Reliable transportation is a must. Licensed technicians will have priority for additional job opportunities and higher compensation.
