Qualifications :
- Admitted in New York state court and federal courts in New York.
- Experience in drafting pleadings, discovery and motions, and in assisting in trials and arbitrations.
- 2 to 4 years of experience is preferred.
Skills :
- Excellent research and writing skills, including proficiency in technological sources of research and all components of electronic discovery.

Salary :
Annualized $100,000 - $135,000 plus eligibility for y / e bonus. Exact compensation within the range will be determined based on education, skills, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
