Develop and implement person-centered, individualized treatment plans based on ? Provide appropriate internal and external referrals to additional services, community ? Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic, client-centered ? Must be licensed in the State of Maryland to provide mental health services, with or ? Maintain professional licensure and / or certification throughout employment with this ? Strong communication and active listening skills. ? Proven ability to build rapport and therapeutic alliance with clients. ? Compassionate, client-centered approach to care. ? Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. ? Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize. ? Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. ? Contractual, fee-for-service position (1099) at $35-$60 per session based on experience ? Available liability insurance reimbursement ? Available continuing education reimbursement ? Available no-cost individual and group clinical supervision ? All billing and coding provided by MHW ? Hybrid option with some remote days

Mindful Healing Works is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team in
supporting the emotional, mental, and physical well-being of our clients. We're looking for
someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and values working in a client-centered,
supportive environment.
Responsibilities for Mental Health Therapist :
maintaining an average of at least 25 scheduled sessions each week.
