Job Description

• Research, design & develop computer / network software solutions for IFS' energy & utilities customers.
• Apply industry & enterprise solution delivery knowledge & experience in complex, multi-phase projects. Lead the consulting delivery of the IFS mobile workforce management (MWM) solution, maintain clear communication on all aspects of implementation with the customer, project & management teams.
• Design complex scheduling solutions using IFS BSE or PSO engines to meet utility business requirements & process.
• Ensure enhancements are minimized & standard product build in features / capabilities are leveraged in conjunction with IFS Project Manager.
• Delegate & manage the efforts of the other consulting team-members on the projects.
• Ensure the IFS MWM solution capabilities & expectations are aligned to scope & delivery commitments for the projects with partners & system integrators.
• Assess planned features in roadmap & ensure the voice of the customer active projects are incorporated into the roadmap decision process.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on product direct & potential value of adoption of those product features to the assigned customers.
