With our closing goals approaching quickly, we have set our intentions high to close out the quarter strong and set ourselves up with some good momentum going into this next season.
That is why we are currently looking to expand our Customer Service team by adding an Entry Level Verizon Customer Service Representative.
Our newest team member will receive hands-on training from experienced members of our Customer Service Team to understand the full scope of the position.
Once mastery is displayed, there will be opportunities for further training and advancement.
An Entry Level Verizon Marketing & Customer Service Representative Will :
- Work directly with client customers to answer questions, ease concerns, overcome objections, and close sales when necessary
- Follow all client compliance and CDC guidelines when interacting with customers, keeping the safety of all at the forefront of focus
- Master all client product and service knowledge to educate customers
- Be trained by experienced members of the Customer Service Team to be able to master the entry-level aspect of the role
- Attend daily team meetings and training sessions to consistently stay up to speed
- Work closely with other Entry Level Verizon Customer Service Specialists to achieve customer service sales goals
