The Digital Content Marketing Manager position is responsible for leading the digital content strategy and project management of all content-related facets of firm's continuous website evolution.
Position can be based out of New York, Washington D.C or Boston office.
Position Responsibilities :
Manage and be point of contact for all external Firm website contentLead project manager and core liaison between practice group marketers, attorneys, communications, and creative teams for all website content related projectsDevelop processes, roadmaps, and implement tactics for content enhancementsSupport development and lead updates, editing, routing, tagging and publishing of the website's global content with a focus on search engine optimization ("SEO") types of assets include press releases, client alerts, blog posts, attorney bios, practice and industry pages, and other thought leadership contentCollaborating with the Communications team, responsible for ensuring website content maintains a consistent voice aligned with firm's brand across all platforms and means of content distributionLead SEO performance strategy as it relates to content and keyword rankingsInitiate and collaborate on ideas to enhance the firm's content marketing and website evolutionLiaison between website content authors, digital marketing, and external consultants to ensure content is optimized for postingCollaborate with digital marketing team to monitor the impact of the firm's website content for continuous improvement.
Keep current with existing and emerging trends, best practices and new technologiesWrite and edit short format contentReport regularly on insights and opportunities to fill website content gapsCollaborate with our practice group marketing team to develop and maintain editorial calendarsSkills and Experience :
Required :
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the area of global legal contentExperience successfully leading large-scale projects to fruitionIntermediate to advanced understanding of technology industries and legal servicesIntermediate understanding of website CMS platforms, online content distribution, web analytics and search engine optimizationPreferred :
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fieldPrior professional services experienceSupervisory experienceCompetencies :
