We are seeking a curious and creative Electrical Engineering Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install and configure electronic components, systems and prototypes based on engineering designs and specifications
• Conduct tests, measurements, and experiments on electronic systems and components
• Identify issues, anomalies, or performance inconsistencies
• Collaborate with engineers, technical support teams and field technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Develop test plans and design fixtures / apparatus to test prototypes and production first-off samples for overall safety, quality, functionality and reliability
• Create troubleshooting guides, work instructions and electrical schematics for manufacturing and field services teams

Requirements

Who YOU Are

• Analytical with strong problem solving skills
• Physically able to meet the requirements of the job including working in confined spaces, lifting heavy equipment
• Unfazed by working at elevated heights
• Enjoy using critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Driven by teamwork, with good interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with multimeters, oscilloscopes and thermocouples
• Experience with PCB layouts, hardware / software debugging
• Experience with CAD / CAM software
• Degree in electrical engineering, electronics or related field
