Position Overview : Are you a passionate leader with a knack for hospitality and a drive for excellence? We’re searching for a talented Restaurant Manager who will be the heart of our operation.

You’ll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Most importantly, you’ll be instrumental in hiring and developing a team of exceptional individuals who will elevate our restaurant to new heights.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operational Mastery : Lead daily restaurant operations with precision, from scheduling and inventory management to maintaining the highest standards of service.
  • Financial Acumen : Develop and manage the annual budget, set ambitious sales goals, and drive profitability while keeping a close eye on costs.
  • Bar Excellence : Oversee our vibrant bar, introducing creative specialty cocktails that captivate our guests.
  • Event Expertise : Coordinate and execute private events with flair, ensuring a flawless experience for every client.
  • Catering Leadership : Build and lead our catering team to deliver extraordinary service both on-site and for delivery, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Talent Acquisition : Recruit, interview, and hire top-notch candidates who align with our values and vision. Inspire and train them to achieve their best and foster a positive work environment.
  • Marketing Impact : Amplify our restaurant’s presence through dynamic marketing strategies, especially on social media, to attract and engage our audience.
  • Customer Care : Address feedback and manage online reviews with professionalism, turning every interaction into a positive experience.
  • Safety and Maintenance : Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized facility, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Reporting Insights : Provide regular updates to ownership, tracking progress and highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience : 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fine dining, with a proven track record of success.
  • Food Passion : A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional food and service.
  • Wine Knowledge : Expertise in wine regions, appellations, and vintages to enhance our beverage offerings.
  • Adaptability : Ability to thrive amidst industry changes and challenges, including those related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in OpenTable, Toast, and Microsoft / Google Suite.
  • Leadership Qualities : Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for inspiring, developing, and retaining a high-performing team.
  • Creative Vision : Innovative ideas that drive business success and elevate the guest experience.
  • Effective Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion : Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • HR Experience : Background in human resources is a plus.
  • Culinary Management : Experience in central kitchen management is advantageous.
  • Vendor Relations : Skills in vendor negotiations and purchasing.
  • Event Management : Experience managing catering and special events.
