Compensation :
$140,000+ commission based
Responsibilities :
- Actively engage and follow up with potential leads in Glendale, CA to enhance sales opportunities
- Discover and foster new prospects within our team's designated regions to stimulate business growth
- Consult with buyers and sellers to grasp their housing preferences and needs, facilitating successful transactions
- Cultivate and maintain solid client relationships to enhance sales possibilities
- Develop well-crafted purchase offers for buyers to streamline the closing process
Qualifications :
- A track record of recent sales within the past 6 months is required
- Display self-motivation and proficiency in utilizing the MLS for property searches, conducting CMAs, and drafting purchase and sale agreements
- Demonstrate strong empathy and relationship-building skills with diverse personalities
- Must be a resident of Glendale, California
