Essential Functions / Responsibility Statements :

Provides support to senior bankers.

Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis and drafting.

Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.

Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading parables, transaction parables and LBO analysis.

Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.

Adheres topliance procedures and internal / operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.

Education :

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and / or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Work Experience :

1+ year of experience in Investment Banking.

Skills and Abilities :

Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products.

Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.

Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.

Team player and self-starter.

Working Conditions : Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.

The exactpensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
