Responsibilities include assessing staff performance, handling recruitment and training, conducting appraisals, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
The Manager fosters relationships with physicians, serves as a liaison between primary and specialty care, and supports service line growth.
Additionally, they address patient concerns, document project activities, and utilize feedback for continuous improvement.
The Manager is committed to professional development, timely patient evaluations, and overall departmental success, regularly attending meetings and performing additional assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications Degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum. Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university.
Three to five years' experience in physical and / or occupational therapy management, preferably including marketing responsibilities required.
Demonstrated computer skills are required, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
