Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm* Job Setting : Federally Qualified Health Center* Types of Cases : Standard outpatient* Credentialing Timeframe : 3 weeks* Board Certification in Family Medicine and an active Washington state license required* Minimum of 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience required
