Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 13-week local travel / contract assignment near Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.

Position Details :
- Contract Length : 13 weeks
- Weekly Compensation : Up to $2400 based on experience
Job Description :
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting.
- Evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies for maintaining physical health.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Education and Certification Requirements :
- Valid South Carolina State Physical Therapist License
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)
