Summary Operating Title Career and Professional Success Director, Paul College Long Classification Title DIRECTOR OF CAREER SERVICES Campus Location Durham Department UNH Center for Career and Professional Success Summary of Position Under the general supervision of the Associate Vice Provost of Career and Professional Success (CaPS) and the Dean of the Paul College, the Career Director provides leadership and direction for CaPS in the college.
The Career Director is responsible for advancing the CaPS and college missions and strategic objectives, as well as setting operational objectives for the college CaPS team :

Strategic Objectives
- Partner with faculty and staff to integrate career and professional success into the UNH experience
- Consider the broad spectrum of students to effectively deliver the highest level of impact
- Actively engage a variety of employers to increase access to high quality jobs and internships
- Prepare students to proactively engage in their post-graduate success
College Career Directors advance the CaPS strategic objectives in appreciation of the uniqueness of their individual colleges.

Five (5) years of progressively responsible career related professional experience. Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act collaboratively
- Proven track record of strategic planning and leadership.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies, manage multiple projects, and interface effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Track record of experience developing and supervising professional staff
- Demonstrated commitment to innovation and best practices in career services
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Skills in various computer programs and basic data literacy
