About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Labor and Delivery Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience License : Valid State License required at time of submission Certifications : - Certified in Electronic Fetal Monitoring through NCC - NRP - BLS - ACLS preferred Must-Have : Certified in Electronic Fetal Monitoring through NCC Job Description : - Work every other weekend and every other holiday.
- No required on-call shifts; option to pick up on-call shifts. - Required to float to Post Partum for couplet care and occasionally to GYN or Breast Patients.
- Review of requests for time off on a case-by-case basis. - Facility features variable daily census with an average of 1-5 visits per day and a total of 10 rooms / beds.
- Short Term Acute Care setting with Magnet Certification. - Scrubs provided by the facility. - Use of Cerner for charting.
- Flu vaccine required; no exemptions. - Potential contact with COVID-19 patients. - Completion of job-related modules is required pre-start and potentially during orientation.
Orientation : 28 hours with a combination of billable and non-billable time
