As a Client ExperienceLeader you will be the first point ofcontact for our clients and play a crucial role in creating a warmwelcoming and seamless experience from the moment they walk throughour doors.

You will also be responsible for leading the shifts as akey holder and supporting the Client Experience Specialist teamensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met.

Your exceptional interpersonal skills attention to detail andpassion for delivering topnotch service ensure our clients feelcared for throughout their entire visit and also inspires the teamto excel in their roles.

Here aresome highlights of what you will be doing in this role :

Offer PersonalizedCare : Greet clients with warmth and professionalism offerrefreshments guide them to specific service areas and curate anoverall experience aligned with their preferences and needs.

Diffuse escalations and support the CESs throughout the shift.

  • Encourage Future Visits : Schedule clients for their next appointment at checkout ensuringthey continue to enjoy the benefits of our services.
  • Achieve Key PerformanceIndicator (KPI) Targets : Success will be gauged through theachievement of objectives including rebooking rates retailconversion gift cards etc.
  • Champion the Brand : Embrace and embody the values and culture of Tricoci Salon& Spa becoming a living ambassador of our brand.
  • Seek Valuable Feedback : Gather insights from departing clients on their experience showingour commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Uphold Brand Standards : Ensure waiting areas reception areas and other spaces aremaintained according to company brand standards.
  • Facilitate SeamlessCommunication : Maintain an open line of communication with fellowteam members and management accurately logging messages into oursystem and ensuring timely communication between team members.
  • Share Your Expertise : Educate clients on our services retail products and promotionsassisting clients in their selections and elevating theirexperience.
  • ResolveInquiries and Concerns : Skillfully address questions fulfillrequests and resolve concerns demonstrating your expertise anddedication to the client experience.
  • Execute TransactionalProcedures : Handle cash and credit transactions accurately andefficiently ensuring strict adherence to established creditcard / cash management protocols.
  • Lead Team MemberTraining : Conduct comprehensive training program for new andexisiting team members ensuring they are equipped with thenecessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Team Scheduling : Createstaff schedules (with GM approval) to ensure optimal coverageaccommodating peak times and maintaining budgets hours.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years experience in acustomerfacing role preferably in a spa / salon hospitality or retailenvironment. Reservation experience a plus!
  • Strong shift leadershipto effectively support the team and navigate the client journey.
  • Train new and existingteam members.
  • Proficiencywith team scheduling process and procedures.
  • Provide mobile customerexperience (via headset and tablet) with strong communication andorganizational skills.
  • Ability to anticipate theneeds of our clients consistently going above and beyond to exceedtheir expectations.
  • Thrive in a fastpacedenvironment maintaining composure and attention to detail evenduring peak hours.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on activelistening.
  • Proficient inusing computer systems and pointofsale software.
  • Passion for the beautyand wellness industry with a genuine desire to create exceptionalexperiences for clients.
  • Professional appearanceand demeanor representing the Tricoci brand with pride.
  • Ability to work a varietyof schedules including evenings and / or weekends.
