This is a 6month Contractto Hire role. Candidate cannot be hired by the agency bf that timeperiod. Candidate MUST be interested and eligible for full timehire after 6 months (Green card holder or USC only).

Individual will beresponsible for : Assisting the TCSM (Telecommunications &Supplier Management Team) with documentation oversight and contractand supplier management for the Telecommunications Contracts underour purview.

Individual must have background with : Virginias PublicProcurement Act (VPPA) if candidate does not have this priorknowledge they must be willing to read / understand legislation getup to speed around this info and determine how it can be applied tothe technology contracts with which they will be working.

Trainingwill be available around VPPA for the selected candidate. ManagingTelecommunications Contracts & Suppliers (a solid foundation inthis area is required) Evaluating and suggesting contract languageand making associated recommendations Assisting with the managementof Supplier performance issues Understanding of how services mustwork together to meet the endtoend business needs of the customerExperience understanding and applying Service Level Agreements andReports to manage Supplier performance and adherence to contractsDemonstrated ability to learn and use technology to convey issuesand oversee work Demonstrated experience developing and documentingprocesses and using VISIO Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint (orsimilar tools) Demonstrated high level verbal and writtencommunications skills Experience working with and influencingstakeholders throughout all levels throughout their organizationsuppliers organizations and customers organizations Demonstratedability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiplesimultaneous efforts Experience working with matrixed teamsSelected candidate will work closely with existing staff tounderstand the needs and operations of the unit and will providecoverage when these individuals are out of the office.

The individual will assist withthe creation and the maintenance of the TCSM teams documentationand will assist with the physical location management of contractsand distribution to appropriate parties.
