The Home Concepts Custom Remodeling Team is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for our Call Center.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our customers throughout the remodel process and beyond.
We have a few different pay scale structures, which will be discussed upon interview.
Responsibilities Make outbound calls to our previous customers with the goal to recreate move remodeling opportunities Follow up with customers see how their experience was and encourage them to leave an online review Rehash potential jobs Call all of the sweepstakes winners, congratulate them, and set an appointment for their discount and free in-home estimate Desired Skills Ability to learn quickly Ability to take feedback and apply it Focus and drive while on the clock Excitement and great tone over the phone! Ability to read a script and communicate over the phone clearly Ability to push and motivate yourself to meet daily goals
