is seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive BDC / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Delaware County, PA, Pennsylvania.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a base salary plus commission in the Auto industry.

Compensation & Benefits :

In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive commission on sales.

Responsibilities :

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and schedule appointments
• Manage customer database and follow up with potential leads to generate sales opportunities
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles, features, and promotions to effectively educate customers
• Collaborate with sales and service team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous experience in the auto industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and other computer applications
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
