Real Estate Manager
A company is looking for a Real Estate Manager, Land Acquisition and Management to support the development team in advancing site control efforts for energy storage projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate real estate needs for a subset of energy storage projectsNegotiate and secure site control and real estate de-risking deliverables with landowners and third partiesManage the real estate closing process for purchase or lease option transactionsQualifications, Training, and Education4-year university degree (BS or BA) or equivalent relevant experience5-10+ years of experience in real estate acquisition and development in renewable energy, oil & gas, or utility industriesExtensive experience in negotiating real estate documents and securing site control documentsUnderstanding of permitting processes, land use, and entitlements for real property developmentIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
