Technology Specialist
Job Overview : A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.
D. in molecular biology, immunology, genetics, or a related biotech field and 3+ years of patent prosecution experience. The Technology Specialist will draft patent applications, correspond with patent offices, advise patent litigation teams, and interview inventors.

- Draft patent applications for innovative clients, including descriptions and figures.
- Correspond with the patent office about pending patent applications.
- Advise patent litigation teams based on your technical and scientific area of expertise.
- Interview inventors about new ideas.
Requirements :
- A Ph.D. in molecular biology, immunology, genetics, or a biotech-related field.
- 3+ years of patent prosecution experience.
- Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
- Registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
Education :
